We prefer to drive extra miles out of the way just to avoid the Pearland mall experience. The selection is 100 times better. Excellent customer service and just a better overall journey with 1st colony mall.

I’ve been to a lot of malls, but First Colony Mall is easily one of my favorites. It’s super clean, has a great mix of stores, and the whole place just feels comfortable and welcoming. You can tell they take good care of it. Parking is usually easy, and even when it’s busy, it doesn’t feel too crowded. There’s a nice mix of indoor and outdoor spots, so it’s fun to just walk around, grab a coffee, and people-watch. The store selection is awesome — everything from the big brands to smaller specialty shops. The food court has solid options too, and there are a bunch of restaurants nearby if you want something sit-down. Overall, it’s just a really nice place to spend an afternoon. Whether you’re shopping, grabbing a bite, or just killing time, First Colony Mall never disappoints.

We visited this restaurant to pickup our order, but since the restaurant was empty we decided to sit down and eat. That's why our food is in to-go containers. They have a sign on the door letting you know they allow eating in but most people were simply picking up orders.

Is a good place to chill relax im really honest is expensive but is ok because is what I deserve better I mean every one who comes this mall does deserve better this place is a special for me I shop alot I even spend 500$ 3,000$ when I come why because I can because I work hard so I can go to this place to treat myself I mean im not rich some people do i just i can afford it every one else just different way my point this my favorite place to have fun so many restaurants to try and stores is a magical place for me alot security is one of the best no shooting any disturbance that what love this place when I go home im sastifated with my purchase

Bath & Body Works! I give it a 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rating is cause spell associates are so much help anything you need they have always helped me looking for what I need! It's always very clean! Best Customer Service! And if you want Respect you have to be very Respectful to the associates as well.. I've been a Bath & Body Works for over 30 Years! I have a Huge Collection! Very rarely do I give anything anyway! And I also have a Huge Collection for Men as well, It's the Bath & Body Wash 3-1 and also the Body spray and moisturizer! And I also have a Huge Collection for Woman as well with Bath & Body Works from Body Wash and the Face Scrubber, Body Spray and also the Mist as well Lotion, Lip Gloss, also hands moisturizer, Hand sanitizer, some are from the spray on or the gel and I also bacterial the Foam to wash your hands! , as well as the P Perfume and that smells so Amazing! And the Candle Collection I have is over 150 Candles and I know it starts the first week in December for $9.95 I get 24 and the following day I get another 24! I'm a huge shopper for Bath & Body Works until the day I die! And the room sprays as well I have over 200 room sprays and they will all go to my grandkids!! In the First Colony Mall has more to choose from it's such a beautiful and kept up well! And my favorite store as well.. ❤️‍🩹

My best and only spot for getting an exclusive scent, Dubai House Of Fragrance is my favorite and only spot. Excellent customer service, great product. I was able to get the trending and viral scent Dubai Musk with them as well. They only carry exclusive designer blends and long lasting scents.

UPDATE: I am still impressed with the variety of stores here and the less headache compared to Galleria. I only wished there were fewer parking issues compared to Katy Mills. This is the mall to go to if you live in the surrounding area. There are strong anchor stores like Macy's and Dicks Sporting Goods. There is a huge range of smaller tenants which offers you a near one-stop shopping experience. Because it is mainly one floor, First Colony Mall is good for those with mobility issues. There's a lot of space to maneuver around. The food area has a good range of food options along with well-known brands like Chick-fil-A. You'll find a food stall for your tastebuds! Parking is plenty here too so there's plenty of good reasons to come here!

It was great to stop by at our local mall. I was happy to see plenty of good stores to shop at. We were looking for a jeweler that could change our watch batteries. We found some nice guys at J.R. Brothers that did just that. They took care of us and as we waited I dropped by Swavorski’s across the way which always has lovely things and reasonably priced for quality jewelry. There was a busy vibe at the mall and I was happy to see shoppers visiting and it looks like people were actually buying stuff and not just hanging out like most malls have become.

Visiting from Dallas, I had the pleasure of exploring First Colony Mall in Sugar Land, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the entire mall was. The atmosphere was welcoming, modern, and very well-organized, making it easy to navigate through all the different sections without feeling overwhelmed. One of the biggest highlights for me was POPMART and the wide variety of stores. Whether you’re into fashion, electronics, beauty, or just window shopping, there’s truly something for everyone here. From well-known brands to unique boutique shops, the mall offers a fantastic mix of retailers. I especially appreciated the layout—everything felt spacious, and even on a busy weekend, it never felt overly crowded. The food court had a great selection of dining options ranging from quick snacks to full meals. It was also spotless, with plenty of seating and friendly staff at most of the restaurants. I also noticed several nice sit-down dining options scattered throughout the mall for those wanting a more relaxing meal. Parking was easy and convenient, and the overall security and cleanliness gave me peace of mind while shopping. The customer service at the stores I visited was consistently friendly and helpful, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. Overall, First Colony Mall is a must-visit if you’re in the area or even if you’re coming from out of town like I was. It’s a perfect spot for shopping, grabbing a bite, or just spending a relaxing afternoon indoors. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Sugar Land!
